Men Ab is a meditation procedure that you can any time you're faced with strong negative emotions, allowing you to prevent yourself from going into a negative emotional trance. Basically you focus on you're breathing and inhale deeply through the nose using the diaphragm. Before you exhale you forcibly pull your lower abdomen in and up then breath out, again through the nose. Repeat this as many time as necessary until negative emotions disappear (it should not take to long). HETEPU
also - just knowing there is no such thing as a stressful situation I use KOS to avoid stress
