instead of being a man using clear words and pointing out names - why do we try and vex each other - the reasons for it - I've noticed how delicate peoples egos are - does this softness make them more susceptible to being wicked ?
if one has knowledge of self then one realizes that conflict is an opportunity to grow and expand one's base of knowledge by learning truths from another's perspective. I've noticed that being direct only makes a larger percentage member defensive in a negative way. That's part of why KTL discussions always break down. the problem is self.
