They didn't really expand on their style or explore much, but still original production and mind blowing BSBD.
Fav tracks:spin:
- The Era We Sang
- Forgive Me
- Ghosts Among Men
The rest is on some Heron trip....

No opinions on this yet?
Where did you buy this? Can't find it anywhere
A Private Death On A Quiet Eve
Could possibly be their greatest beat to date in my opinion...
That beat gives me shivers...The violins are sick on this.
I have just skimmed through it as there are no Emcees I ain't really interested.
That's the biggest disapointment with this album...
I think they should have done th same sa "A Heap Of Broken Imges"
And have an Instrumental disc and a Featured Artists disc.
Can't wait for their next project with some Emcees on it !!!!!!!
They are definatly in the Producers-Elite.
I pretty much agree with V4D3R.
I bet they were influenced by B.I.B.L.E.
im falling a bit behind i still need to pick up this and razahs ladder, i dont like to take on a bunch of music at a time so which should i pickup first? how does this compare to heap of broken images?
^^^ Haha that Holoquas looks sick.
The album was ok. I just felt they could have done better. A Heap of Broken Images is way better.
It's been nearly two months and I'm finally writing my review. This album is beautiful. The entire vibe of the album goes well from beginning to end. It almost reminds me of a soundtrack for some real fucked up movie like Requeim for a Dream or something. It takes time, but this album will definitely grow on you. At first, I didn't think too much of it cuz I expected to hear more drums (more hip hop feel), but I listened to it on one of those days where you don't miss a single vibe. From there I truly saw how talented these two guys are. I suggest if you really haven't gave this album the time of day, listen to it with headphones and get blown away by how everything is done to near perfection.
Top 5: The Era When We Sang, Lord Of Our Vice, Ghosts Among Men, Shoot You Dead, Legacy To Fuel
Overall Grade: (4/5) A-
8/10 for me. I haven't been able to stop listening to it since I downloaded it. Light the hash, put the headphones on, sit back and enjoy.
This joint dropped ten years ago today. Really love the ambience of this album.
