Underated is Conan Lee ("Ninja In The Dragon's Den")
Jang Lee Hwang ("Drunken Master", "Shaolin:The Blood Mission", "Duel Of The Ultimate weapons", "Magnificent warriors")
And one of my favorites:
Fung Hak On ("Iron Fisted Monk","Warriors Two")
