from the start to 1m20s is when it takes place. 50 yr old half deaf man crosses the street with his 3inch knife (legal in seattle), hes a woodcarver, cops jumps out the car with his gun un holstered, within 10 seconds has unloading 4 bullets to the mans chest, point blank.

The woodcarver was a fixture in that part of Seattle, everyone knew him and he had a good history in town. That cop that shot him had JUST come back from Iraq, like 3 weeks earlier or so.
