I feel like he doesn't get mentioned often enoug in rap convos.

I prefer his pre-hyphy stuff.

He had a 6 year run with 5 albums that were dope. That is quite the accomplishment. He gets overlooked, but there was more competition then.

He's from a town that doesn't have a media industry and those rappers have a harder time being 'acknowledged'. e-40 is very underrated.

His first 5 albums were bay classics. Became irrelevant after that
