A lot of people get this effect confused with something else. It is however, Lucis. Most people overuse it though. Here's an example I just made to prove that it's Lucis.

Do you know where you can get the Lucis Plugin for free?

i looked for it all over the net but didnt found it
downloaded one via emule but has a virus on it.
but check lucisart.com they give a free 30 days trial...not really interesting but i still lookin for a crack.

EDIT: I finally found it, the Photoshop plug-in doesnt work properly (i got a wierd result with black holes(!!!!) when i save) but the .exe works well.
I'll treat the pics then send em to photoshop. it could work.
