I wanna make my own album cover...i need help knowing how the fuck to like cut out a pic of myself or anything from another photo and add it to a background,blank background etc...cause i open a new blank page then i open a pic of myself,i lasoo myself from the pic but i cant add it to the blank page..or i did once but it was heaps small and i couldnt change the size of it..help will be rewarded with a tomato ketchup sandwich.
