Raekwon and his water references

I've heard Raekwon mention underwater or marine lines a lot of times in his songs. I don't know what he's talking about. If someone can explain what the lines reference. I'll post these two lines as an example:

"Rainbow dough was the emmo

"

Apollo kids:

"rock boats under water, watch clams"

These aren't the best examples, but if you listen to a lot of Rae's songs he talks about underwater and marine shit a lot.

"remember I go deep like a NAVY seal"

water = PCP

weed and PCP is called a Wu-master or Wu-Tang a lot of places I been.

Also, "emmo" means "M.O." Method of Operation

A LOT of emcees have something that they reference throughout their careers. I always noticed Ghost likes mentioning some sort of food.
