Quite Frankly/ Stephen A Smith
My main man got himself his own show and it is money. He had AI breaking down (and crying when LBrown broke down AI) his entire career (pro and off court) and it was THE BEST sports interview i have ever seen. Stephen A. Smith is the man and this show is going to show a side of sports we have never seen. AI was wear the famous photo of Biggie and Tupac (with both middle fingers up) and Smith was asking the questions everybody would want to ask. Big props to SAS and AI for being real
Re: Quite Frankly/ Stephen A Smith
Sorry man, but I have a hatred for Steven Gay Smith, hes a gimmick to me.
I didnt watch the show, and I never will, cuz I dont think Smith is a must watch whether you hate him or love him, like they always advertise.
Plus, another reason to hate Steven a smith is this:
On his radio show, he was coming back from a commercial break, and the instrumental to Guillotine Swordz was playing. But then you hear Smith yell at his producer to put "his music" on. Guillotine stops playing and JUST A LIL BIT by 50 Cent starts playing.
Unforgivable
Dont be mad at me, I just dont like him
Re: Quite Frankly/ Stephen A Smith
This show is great. Steven A. Smith is a great sports journalist. He asks all the tough questions. I have always respected AI, he is a good man, I wish people would not see him as a bad guy. (I dont think C.Webb is gonna help him win the title.) The show is exactly what ESPN needed. Steven A Smith is also a very good writer.

Why would you call this man gay? Do we know his sexual orientation? He's one of the few good journalists the world has in any field.

Re: Quite Frankly/ Stephen A Smith
Stephan A. Smith is the shit and keeps it real. Get off mans nutz if he an't a wu fan. So what...
Re: Quite Frankly/ Stephen A Smith
im watching it now and im not impressed with steven a smith. I think this episode only looked good cause of iversons interview, hes speaking his mind right now and steven a is really only doing things to detract from what iverson is saying. Everyone who thinks theyre cool and says fuck the police should listen to what iverson is saying, hes speaking the truth on alot of things. I dont know if anyone else noticed this but im pretty sure larry brown was about to say something about iverson right before they cut the video, if you listen to what hes saying it was positives then when he threw a "but" in there they cut the video
Re: Quite Frankly/ Stephen A Smith
i like him on the kia half time shows like greg anthony he crack me up
Re: Quite Frankly/ Stephen A Smith
Damn he cut off Guillotine? Shit.
Don't like the man, but his show is alright.
Re: Quite Frankly/ Stephen A Smith

i've been hoping for this guy to get show ever since i started listening to him and he finally got it and its FIRE. him and jim rome are guys that when they talk, i listen.
Re: Quite Frankly/ Stephen A Smith
Stephen Smith doing all sports together in a show? What the fuck, he doesn't even know what he's talking about when he does basketball.
Re: Quite Frankly/ Stephen A Smith
He grew up with Jam Master Jay (read the Sports Illustrated interview)...the funniest shit about him is that the way he talks in interviews is the way he talks in real life...couldn't you just see him at the store?

Re: Quite Frankly/ Stephen A Smith
just a gimmick
fun to watch for opinions but for his own show?? nah
Jim Rome does it better
peace
Re: Quite Frankly/ Stephen A Smith
i think steven A. has some great interviews and gets people to really come out by askin good questions.
and jim rome needs an hour too. but i guess having a 3 hour radio show is enough.
Re: Quite Frankly/ Stephen A Smith
Cosign on Jim Rome, he says it how it is. Love the way how he speaks on what is in his mind.
