On Return of the 36 Chambers: Rza and Gza have stated before they've written outlines and in some cases whole verses (Definite ones are Gza on Damage and Rza on Cuttin Headz and Don't U Know) for Dirty Allah. Buddha Monk is also known to have written for him on this album, but its been too long for me to remember which songs. I believe other Wu members/fam contributed as well but Rza did say he does write his own shit though.
As we all know Rhymefest wrote alot of songs or at the minimum contributed portions of verses for him on NP and A Son Unique
GZA wrote his verse for Protect Ya Neck II: The Zoo. You can hear GZA spit the verse on that demo tape on a song called "What do you Say"
no, GZA wrote a lot of ODB shit like that....he knew what was his style.....
It's not surprising to hear that other people helped write the verses. I always guessed Buddha Monk probably helped him.
Then again, given that some of his more recent stuff was terrible, I dunno what Rhymefest was doing!
Yeah, i have heard that ODB only was freestylin' his own shit on that album. No pen and papers. lol
