maybe because the members you see with quotes in their sigs are vets and vats, or fags in usergroups.
^^According to your post, normal members like me can't put a quote in his/her signature? Wow! That's pretty messed up.
It's like the Admins don't give a shit about the non-Veterans or Vatican's. They give them so much power. They can rep and do other things. That's not fair.
