I think the exact same thing can be said about the bible.
However, all religious texts, have parts that can be interpreted as saying that those who do not do as "god wants" are sinners, infidels, etc.
That is really my only problem with religion in general, is people believing that they are "right" and others are "wrong".
Use it to make your life better or more fulfilling, but do not use religion to implicate others.

I guarantee none of you people who are speaking against Islam have even bothered to study into the 5 pillars. Forget reading the Quran, you can't fathom something divine like that if you don't know the basic fundamentals. Once you have studied that then come and debate, otherwise it's like having a shouting match with a mute opera singer.
