GHOST IS MY FAVORITE MEMBER FROM WU, THIS L.P. MAYBE HAS TO GROW ON ME BUT IT DIDN'T FEED THE HUNGER I WAS LOOKING FOR... I DON'T MEAN TO BE NEGATIVE BUT THIS ALBUM IS A BIT OF A LET DOWN TO ME. THERE ARE BASICALLY NO GRIMEY CHAMBER BEATS ON THIS SHIT.. THIS JUST DOESN'T FIT ME TOO WELL.

DOOM + GHOST = :r

IF DOOM LACES THE SWIFT AND CHANGABLE ALBUM WITH GHOST GIVING HIM BEATS THAT SOUND LIKE THE ONES ON FISHSCALE I DON'T THINK IT WILL BE DOPE.

I'M NOT HATING ON DOOM AT ALL... BUT GHOST COULD HAVE GOT BETTER PRODUCTION FROM DOOM.

Man is it really coming out on the 4th in Canada? Thats fuckin ridiculous ive been waiting for this album for like 4 months!!!!

I WANT IT IN MY HANDS ON TUESDAY, FUCK!

and its not cuz its canada cuz we usually get releases the same time as the american date... Maybe theres a canadian version like Supreme Clientele?

... on the other hand if there was a canadian version with Murder Goons or Charlie Brown on it the wait would be worth it.

They didn't sample RZA from Fast Cars, its a little different and placed in another order

First of all, none of those beats are Doom's choice. ITS ALL GHOSTFACE'S FAULT, HE CHOSE THOSE SPECIAL HERB BEATS RATHER THAN HAVING MF MAKE NEW ONES. Doom really wanted to make fresh beats for Ghost (ex: Charlie Brown) but Ghost picked the old Special Herb beats and wanted them on Fishscale. His fault, not Doom's. Angeles=Fire

ionno why y'all complainin but I love this album. Maybe i'm weird cause I remember cats hatin on Bulletproof Wallets and Pretty Toney too and I loved both of those.

Yeah that's true, I preordered mine and they said it'd come the 4th. That's fucking frustrating!!!!!!! But I don't think it's gonna be a canadian version. I bet it won't. It's probably because it's distributed by another label.

well you are like the only person to really say this......every music critic (blender, XXL, Rolling Stone, Fader, Vice, allmusic.com, Village Voice, etc) I have read has praised the album.......compared to PRETTY TONY, and BULLETPROOF WALLETS this album is 100x better....

......not to sure how a GHOSTFACE fan would not be feeling this.....as far as gimey chamber beats.....this has to be GHOST's grimiest album since SUPREME CLIENTELE.....for a hip hop album in 2006, this is about as grimey as it gets......but hey, give it some more listens, I am sure it wll grow on you dude.....it has been frozen in my IPOD for the last week....to be honest i am surprised how sick the album is......I have probably not felt a wu tang album this much since SUPREME CLIENTELE.......

Well I've been saying for years what's my opinion about Ghost's flow/voice since SC, which gives me headache. But fishscale is definately about quality, good balance between soul influence and wu sound ... deserve being coped.

Make it 3. Only heard Kilos and Back Like That. Kinda liked both tracks but I hear the rest of the tracks are significantly better so i'm very hyped for this album.

No they didn't, MIC got that beat from a previous Special Herbs so technically they jacked it as well. All Doom beats were selected by Ghost from his Special Herbs instead of having him make fresh new beats

yo has anyone noticed that The Champ is the same beat pattern as Mighty Healthy? Doesn't that suck... shouldn't have Just Blaze do ghost a better track? How are you gonna rob ghost for the beat he already got and get paid at the same time? Was ghost late on this?
