Well I can proudly say I went to school, graduated, and now I have the best job I could ever imagine and I make good money.. I got my own nice gas-guzzlin car and my own little loft downtown and Nope I do not have kids.. never had any.. don't plan to until I feel like I'm ready for them. I did this all on my own with no help. And no i'm not stuck up cause I don't need a man to buy me shit it always ends up the other way, I like to give. But my mom says i need to be careful cause last time the dude ended up taking advantage of that.

Charles, have you ever thought that the reason why you can't find a good woman is because of yourself? Whenever I come across one of your threads, it's always about black women this and black women that. Also, it's about black men too. Have you ever took the time and sat down and thought that the problems you're having in your life are based on your own choices? I have probably read every one of your threads and posts regarding black men and black women and you have not once taken any responsibility for your own actions.

Listen, in order for you to love and care for someone else, you have to love YOURSELF FIRST! You have to put yourself first and check yourself first before approaching a lady to ask her out on a date. If she rejects you, honestly, there's no reason to get upset. Either she doesn't find you attractive or you're not her type. That goes for all races of women.

If you had read some of my posts, you'll see that I did some generalizing too. I was wrong for that because I didn't check myself first. I now realize now that I'm the problem, not them. I choose not to approach women for personal reasons. I choose not to socialized with people (all races) for personal reasons. I choose not to go to clubs and pick up chicks for personal reasons. And the list goes on.

It's all about choices and who we choose to be. I stay out of trouble by doing the best thing, which is shuting the hell up and not socializing with people. Charles, you're making the choice to put yourself in dangerous life changing situations that can have a bad outcome. You need to stop that before something BAD happens to you, seriously.

Most black women are on some stupid crazy stuff and that's a fact. White women too. Does that make it fair to judge ALL women based on that? All I can say is be careful. Don't judge people but also be careful. Or you can do what I do: Be quiet and walk away when something stupid is about to take place.

Finally, think about what I'm saying to you, Charles. Go home and do some SERIOUS thinking about yourself. Yes, there are bad women out there, believe me. Can't you just try to stay away from them and not be around them when they come around? I can honestly say that's what I do. After that, I go to work. People are people.

That's not right. I remember going to a job interview in 2004, I was dressed decent. When I left, I saw this white guy come in with dirty boots, a long beard, a dirty baseball hat, jeans, a t-shirt, etc. I was like WTH?

I guess it's ok for whites not to come to a job interview well dressed because they're white. Blacks and mexicans have to impress their interviewer to show he/she that they're serious. Most of the time, the interviewer judges them anyway. So, being well dressed doesn't help much.

I've notice a lot of black men shaving their heads now. PLEASE do not tell me that companies are making black men shave their heads bald just because.

If a white dude came to a job interview with long Shannon Hoon hair and a black dude came to an interview with Carmelo Anthony like cornrows, they would most likely be treated the same. First the interviewer would have to determine if they were a guy or a girl, and then go from there.

If a white dude with a big funny looking afro comes to a job interview and a black guy with a big funny looking afro comes to the same job interview, they would most likely be treated the same.
