I understand that it is what it is. Whites go badly dressed and receive a call from the company. Why? It could be for a couple of reasons. Maybe the black guy or mexican who came to the job interview talking pre-proper English and the sound of his voice wasn't just right. The white guy can come to an interview for a construction company dressed shity as hell and won't receive any dirty looks from other employees. It's all about judgment, experience, and timing.

I disagree. They are VERY GOOD SCHOOLS that are 90% black and the students do well. But those schools are private schools, though. :-/

I would have to disagree with ya here. I recently attended a mostly white school in Forsyth, Georgia known as Mary Persons High School. It was far worse then the all black school I attended in Stone Mountain.

Almost 10 people were arrested(white kids) for possession of marujiana, weapons(gun), and a 18 year old was arrested for child pornography(15-16 year old pornography).

I also had a whigger friend who smoked next to me on the bus and tried to convince me to smoke with him (I said no) so yea. Why was it that I was exposed to all of this stuff in a mostly white school while in my mostly black school nothing remotely similar happened.

I got a cellphone. The phone that i used to call somebody is the same phone i use to call my supervisor to check in and let her know i'm at work. I should've known a employee was gonna eventually complain about seeing me on the company's phone. That's why i don't understand why my supervisor won't let me call her from my cellphone to check in. I called her from my cellphone once and she told me not to do that anymore because she wants me to use the phone in the building. I bet my supervisor's supervisor is gonna talk to me about that and he's probably gonna fire me because of that. If he does tell me he's letting me go, i'm gonna beg for my job because i really need it because the money i get from that job goes to my parents for paying rent. I hate looking for a job and i really don't wanna do that if he lets me go. Plus if he was to fire me, i'm not telling my dad what happened because everytime i lose a job, my father argues with me and i don't wanna hear his mouth.



My supervisor's supervisor should take into consideration that i've been with the company for 6 years and i'm a good worker. It would be foolish of him to fire me since i've been with the company a long time. If he was to fire me, he'd probably hire a immigrant to replace me hahahahahahahahahahaha. There aren't that many blacks working for the company and that's because the company doesn't treat the employees right and the pay is low. Ya'll know how blacks are. They don't like working for low pay and i don't either. Sad thing about it is that the manager of the company is black and black managers and supervisors are just as bad as white supervisors.
