by the way the suns-spurs game is fukin awesome.
down to the final four.
spurs
pistons
cavs
jazz
i dont like how that sunz/spurs ended up. the sunz getting their top starters ejected and the spurs only losing robert horry. it is what it is but if the spurs end up winning it all thats what people are gonna talk about. i hate it when stuff like that happens.
i always hated the pistons for some reason. i think because i prefer and offensive game and its not really their style. but after how the suns got a raw deal im routing for the pistson. because honestly thats the only team thats gonna beat the spurs.
i jus feel sorry for steve nash the guy deserves a title, now i think there will be a mix up at phoenix, it obviously aint working like this.
Steve Nash Does Not Deserve A Title!!!
haha suns lost. now the clipper fans can rejoice. paybacks a bitch phoniex
Tim Duncan is the best pf to play in the history of the nba
I have a feeling that that the Cavs are going to get toasted by the Pistons. I don't think the Cavs are good enough to make it to the finals. They haven't played a real solid team yet in the playoffs. The Grizzlies could have probably eliminated the injury ridden Wizards team. And the Nets are just an ok team.
I know it was shady about the situation with the Suns players getting suspensions. But when the whole team was back for game 6, the Suns still lost, in a must win game. And Diaw is a good player. But is he even considered a starter this season? The Suns should have been more than fired up for game 6, and they just straight out lost.
so to me the outcome of the Spurs-Jazz series is clear. the Spurs are deeper on the bench. actually the jazz play with a 8 man rotation (Okur, Kirilenko, Williams, Fisher, Boozer, Millsap, Giricek and Harpring).
I'll break each starting-line matchup up to give an overview:
Deron Williams vs. Tony Parker :::PG:::
Tony can put the speed on Deron any time he wants to, but he's helpless in the Post against Williams. Both have their advantages, Deron is the better passer, but I'll go with Parker, because he's more experienced and the better scorer.
Derek Fisher vs. Michael Finley :::SG:::
Missmatch! Finley still can elevate like in his old days. Both are veterans, Derek is a nice defender and strong enough to take care of business in the post on the defensive end. anyway, Finley gets this one.
Andrei Kirilenko vs. Bruce Bowen :::SF:::
This matchup doesn't make any sense at all. Surely the coaches will put Bowen on Deron Williams and Kirilenko will guard position 3-5. The versatility and shotblocking abilitiy of Kirilenko makes the difference.
Carlos Boozer vs. Tim Duncan :::PF:::
Probably the best matchup in the whole series. Duncan is still dominant down low on the block and can score at will. Boozer is a banger. He will make times hard for Duncan out there with his rebounding, but Duncan's shotblocking (4.2bpg vs. 0.2bgp from Boozer) does it.
Mehmet Okur vs. Francisco Elson :::C:::
Okur is the next best shooting big man after Nowitzki. He was shooting bricks in the first round, but recovered his form in the second vs. the warriors. Elson is no threat at all. Defensively Okur is way stronger than Elson. My pick is Okur on this one.
Spurs 3 ::: Jazz 2
The spurs will take this series 4-2. The jazz are ready in 2 years to take it all, but right now they're unexpirienced and not deep enough. Both teams can run, but in this series the spurs defense will once again end up on top.
this is gonna be good
The Jazz have NO answer for Tim Duncan. It looks like a street ball game out there, and the Spurs are dominating the Utah Jazz.
^^^^^word, Duncan is their biggest problem + they should have put Kirilenko on Ginobili
really i dnt think any team has an answer for Tim Duncan. Jazz were outplayed, deron williams played well though. but really i think the main factor for the spurs win was ginobili, every time the jazz tried to get going he would just shoot a 3 or drive to the basket.
the jazz has no answer for tim ducan. what kind of shit is that . anything is possible. its possible for the jazz to beat the spurs. i highly doubt it. Spurs win it 4-2. guys stop dickriding mr duncan like he is some unstopppable force. if that was the case then shouldnt he have like 6 or 7 nba rings.
Anything is possible.. except the Jazz beating the Spurs this year.
