If the album does sell for a few mil I'd be interested to see how much the other members actually get a cut - i could see a big falling out if its crumbs especially since I don't think a lot of members like ringz much lol

Dont care about the politics. Why does it matter what RZA is saying to the media? I just wanna own this sh!t. Although I do see some beef among Clan/RZA/Ringz coming down the line if there is a profit. But that doesnt effect us the listeners/fans. its being promoted as this secret album, yet it was a sticky on the most popular wu tang site/forum in the whole net....andrew kelley blogged about it...we saw a tracklist and snippets a year ago...ringz told us when he spoke to rza...now the story is being flipped...i still want to hear the album and will purchase it but it kind of comes off as deceitful in my opinion.
I agree with Mumma Ra and Josborne3680. Who care's about the politics, fans should just appreciate the album for what it is (as this is what most fans have been fiending for since Wu tang Forever.... "That 90's/golden era sound" and ringz made that happen.). People should give him a break and just let it be and hope and pray that one day, you get to buy a copy and bump it in your system.

As far as the payments/profits to the generals goes, I believe Cilva posted a while back that everyone was paid up front for their verses (Generals and Wu-fam), so that is taken care of. I am not sure that if this thing makes a profit they will get anything since they were already paid beforehand???
As far as the music goes, RZA and Cilva basically said that the "feel" of the album is more like a Wu-Tang Forever Part 2 so I def want to hear this......
How, I don't know, but hopefully it will be made available to the fans in some format (either exclusive CD's or digital downloads.....)
bottom line people just want to hear it and wu tang is known for not coming thru on announcements so hopefully im not 40 by the time its available

I'm not gonna lie this whole thing is a really interesting and original idea and I'm curious as fuck to see the outcome plus it's great for the brand no doubt but this sucks ass as a die hard fan. I've been sold on this album since it was first announced and I'm literally sitting here with my credit card on standby to buy the shit but it's the wait that's killing me the most. I know it could potentially be 2 years tops before I get to hear it but man it sucks considering all this promotion means shit to me but I get it and am willing to wait this one out.
