boxing fans, and the sport suffers another lose
A shame for boxing fans indeed, is any one hyped for Mayweather vs. Matthew Hatton? Or maybe Paulie Mallignani? Perhaps the winner of Berto & Mosley (hopefully). Maybe the fight goes on in the fall (perhaps November), once they realize the money involved.
It definitley is a blow not just for boxing fans but sports fans in general; the thought of a Pacquiao-Mayweather fight makes anyone's mouth water. However, there's still a lot of potential good fights to look forward to such as Pacquiao-Marquez III (if it happens), Mayweather-Malignaggi (again, if it happens), Hopkins-Green, Haye-Ruiz, Williams-Pavlik (hopefully), the super six fights, and, of course, Berto-Mosley.
All is not lost!
Super Six is where it's at. I just wanna see two hungry fighters get it on, fuck all this $40 million shit.
Personally, I had Mayweather winning the fight. And even if he did lose, at least he went back in there and beat him again to prove the doubters wrong.
Hopefully, and this is only if the that fight never looks likely to happen, Mayweather OR Pacquiao could fight either of Berto or Mosley.
^^that was badass. Berto's gonna get smashed for runnin his mouth.
mayweather is going to lose more then pac man if this fight does not happen, because no one is going to question pacmans legacy, but people will mayweather, and if he would have beat pac people would say he is one of the best
I figured this same discussion would be going on in this thread and the boxing thread.
how come floyd wants to take random blood tests but manny doesn't lol
Pac-man is going to be fighting Josh Clottey it seems now on March 13th
The entire boxing world is ecstatic
