pennsylvania is about to go from 55mph to 70mph. if it wasn't safe to drive 70 mph last month, why is it this month?
The safety can depend on various things, such as how flat the roads are. Pennsylvania has a lot of hills, so I don't think higher speed limits would be a good thing in some areas. Is the 70 mph only going to be on certain highways? I can't see that being on all highways.

Well 45 would be better than 70. People that don't have any patience should try hard to overcome that or they could have ADD. Impatient people are really irritating to be around.

I was on I-75. The rain and fog was thick and it was night time. I couldn't see a damn thing. So, I drive at 45-50 mph. Other drives were doing 65-75 mph in that crappy weather. One person got upset because I was driving carefully. I was not going to get into an accident because they wanted to speed in crappy weather!
