Yea I'm excited to tackle them...just getting through all the Fables right now. I figure the Sandmans will be perfect for the summer when it gets to hot to move...I can just sit in the backyard with a nice scotch and rip through them!!
After those I'm going to re-read Preacher. I only go to about the middle of it when I originally quit collecting so I want to get all the volumes and read those this summer too.

i thought ultimate armor wars was pretty good, it managed to actually do something original with the played out premise of 'international techno-criminals steal tony stark's technology to do very bad things abroad'...which seems to be the premise of every iron man story lately lol

the only one i was planning on buying was the secret warriors one because SW is the shit and maybe spider-man depending one who's doing it, but i saw the loki one got good reviews
i started trade-waiting punmax after issue 2, everytime one comes out i hear it's crazy lol

I saw Kick-Ass last night. I really enjoyed it. I like the changes the made from the comic book. I'm glad they didn't follow the book exactly...I think it would've made the movie to predictable for all of us who've read it.
I read Criminal volume 1 this morning. Good read...I recommend it for anyway who hasn't read it. I was thinking of buying the HC...the cover looks sic!!
but most people who saw the movie did not read the comic.

-New Mutants Forever by Chris Claremont and Al Rio in August 2010.
-Mutants vs. Vampires. A new X-Men #1 from Gischler and Medina.
-Wolverine Weapon X will be no more.
-New series, Wolverine by Jason Aaron and Renato Guedes. Wolverine is sent to hell in September 2010. We'll see what happens when Wolverine isn't around to control his own body.
-Daken: Dark Wolverine in September 2010: Way, Liu and Camuncoli are the team. They pronounce Daken like Dokken. In their dreams, it's still the same.
-X-23 in September, by Marjorie and a secret artist. She's been set loose from X-Force and is on a journey of self-discovery. It's going to be a dark, intense book.
-Next: X-Force as you know it is done after Second Coming.
The new X-Force by Rick Remender and Jerome Opena. They show an image with Wolverine and other characters blacked out. This will be in October 2010. This is a totally different team; they call it "subversive", "really awesome". They'll be taking on Apocalypse. He's back in a big way.
-Coming up with X-Factor: David says, "we've got some really nasty stuff." David riffs on some old-school Marvel tropes, and says that X-Factor will be the go-to MU detective agency. They are the anti-X-Men in that they're out there for anyone who needs them . . . as long as they have the money. They've carved out their little niche because they're out there, they have a published address, and if you need them, you hire them. X-Factor figures then that they're immune to the grief the X-Men get; however, they will get targeted by the Mutant Response Division.
-The X-Men will be much more integrated into the Marvel Universe. There's a reason that the traditionally non-X-Men characters are in those images.
