ronaldo was the attractive choice. (does that need a no homo? it kind sounds like it does.) a ton of goals for a winger. plus the double. didnt perform at euros. but was apparently injured. his game is nice. but i just value a playmaker who can do what ronaldo does, but can also set up his teamates more than someone who does it all himself.
i have a kid like that who plays on the summer team i run. hmm the level of like pub leauge teams i guess you could compair too. some real good players, a lot of younge guys still in college, and the older guys who like to stay in shape and still have quality skill. anyway, this one kid who plays with me reminds me of c.ronaldo. he doesnt beat you with pass so much, but this kid is smooth. straight dances on the ball, real shifty like. but at the same time he can get away from three guys, but he could have easily passed the ball off way earlier while also keeping the game flowing. this kid could definatly play in europe at maybe a championship side level. his skill is amazing, hits missles of shots from distance but just doenst understand the game proper. truley good players know when to move the ball and when to dribble. thats where his shit is a little fucked up.
