i definitely think toochski should be the mod here. he probably is the most knowledgeable sports person here (other than myself) and he is the most unbiased fan.
Unbiased? lol smh Are you two step brothers?
just because he doesn't think that donovan mcnabb is the greatest quarterback to ever play the game, doesn't mean that he is biased.
Spaghetti Boy Wonder,
You must be confusing me with another poster. Just bcause I'm near Philly doesn't mean I'm a big McNabb fan, or that I praise him a lot in here. lol
Pro Wrestling as in UFC??? or that WWE stuff? I've dabbled in both. I no longer watch WWE, I haven't since 2000 or so.
UFC i used to loved before it got all reality show. I still watch the bigger matches tho.
Tennis, I watch occasionally.
Competitive eating, sure I've seen it.
The others are gay.
HDTV really helps me appreciate the lesser popular sports.
Amen to that.
Ladies please....Look Check Two, or Shlomi, should I say, Art is riding high from his Steeler victory's...your live in the greater of the two PA cities..let him have his glory.
Everyone knows, as Rush Limbaugh said, that McNabb is overrated cuz he's a Cosby....thats cool.
Nobody but Michael Irvin, Chris Berman and the Gameday crew every thought he was all that.
TO would never lie.
me too, that was my shit back then. it was at the top of it's game then for real.
my little brother was all about that shit. i'd get him the pay per view and he'd come to my crib and bring his fuckin stone cold stuffed animal and intercontinental belt and shit and be bouncing off my walls and shit. he's 19 now, but we still bust that shit out strictly on some nostalgia shit. hardy boys, farooq and bradshaw, undertaker, mankind, brood, those were our shit. good times. i was from the late 80's early 90's era, but i got into it again cuz of him, and because that shit was badass.

Roster-Depleted Bears Sign Tire Swing For Cutler To Throw To

CHICAGO—Anticipating that new Bears quarterback Jay Cutler will need more targets than converted cornerback Devin Hester and undersized journeyman Rashied Davis—the only receivers on their squad who have ever caught an NFL pass—the Chicago Bears signed a tire swing to their roster Tuesday. "We are expecting great things from this tire swing once the tire and Cutler get some practice time and develop some chemistry," receivers coach Darryl Drake said of the six-year-old Goodyear all-season radial suspended from a tree branch by a 7-foot length of rope. "This could easily be the best quarterback-receiver duo in recent Bears history." Analysts say that, while the move is somewhat unorthodox, Chicago was prudent in passing on veteran free agents Amani Toomer and Joe Jurevicius in favor of offering the tire swing a 3-year, $2.4 million contract. http://www.theonion.com/content/them...terminator.gif
the bears also signed pace that should really help their line
maybe they can sign anthony munoz too. they're about the same age
The Bears got the hard part out of the way by getting a quarterback. You can find recievers anywhere. The reciever Johnson in denver was drafted in the 4th round,so its more than posible.
The Bears are contenders in my opinion.
they are
leftwich signed a two year deal with tampa bay
↑
they are now super bowl contenders.
lol Is the whole onion site just made up stories? Do you's think Garcia will be the starting QB for the Raiders this upcoming season?
yes, it's actually a newspaper too, that you can pick up in new york city, chicago and a few other places. but yeah, www.theonion.com is just all made up stories. it's funny as fuck.
the onion was hilarious.....
when i was in 6th grade.
The Lions are really big on Matt Stafford, and he says he really wants to come to the D (read as "I really want 40 million guaranteed $)... as much as it would be a terrible franchise decision, that is who they will draft
as long as the lions dont draft another wide reciever
My raiders better take a wr in the 1st round...crabtree or maclin
The Raiders need alot of shit.
They need to get McFadden the ball more.
the falcons are offering a second round pick for tony gonzalez i've heard
The Browns are going to trade Braylon and draft Crabtree.
they should trade their entire team to baltimore and maybe they will win then.
with an Italian at the helm things will be much different.
Yeah, there will be more holes in the locker room walls now.
hahaha....well, at least the players will be miserable while they lose instead of apathetic.
redskins get the pleasure of fucking up the giant's first this year
Campbell is still the QB tho....until they address that, they won't win shit.
campbell will be on the pro bowl team this year
the one that hurt us in that was plax but he is no longer there and you don't have any receivers now
Is it me or do the Giants have one of the toughest schedules again? Having to play in Denver won't be easy, KC has gotten better though we kinda own them traditionally, San Diego will be tough and even Oakland I see making a little improvement (where else can they go they have to only keep getting better). And for the second, maybe third, year in a row we have three Division games in a row at the end of the year. I don't think I noticed any other NFC East teams having to do this last year or this. I heard the Steelers had an "Easy" schedule but I don't believe in "Easy NFL" schedules, they're all tough.
And Portis24, do you remember the second meeting? We beat ya'll without Plax so fall back. And it was when Sean Taylor was inducted in the Ring of Lame. Damn.
Can't lie though Redskins/Giants to open the season again will be epic maybe it'll be more exciting than last year's.
Giants also are opening up the brand new Dallas Cowgirls Stadium so it'll be cool to get the first W there.
Also, the Jets close out GIANTS Stadium's final game ever...wow. Giants stay getting no respect even by the fucking morons who schedule games I mean c'mon GIANTS STADIUM..let the big doggs / orphanage owners close that thing out.
Also the Giants have three road games in a row early on which is unusual but not totally unheard of..
Can't wait.
Seems like Braylon Edwards is going to be in Big Blue soon enough. I don't want to get rid of Smith or Hixon for him though. I know it'll take a nice little care package but come on those guys are young and talented.
I feel bad for you if you actually believe this.
the rumor is a 2nd and a 5th and either Hixon or Smith for Braylon.
I dont like that trade. I want the Giants 1st rounder, which is almost basically a 2nd rounder.
I would not give up Braylon for that. He had a bad year with drops, but he is still a pro bowl caliber reciever with many good years left.
Yes! Looks like Maurice Jones-Drew signed a four year extension today. He is to be paid 8.2/year which makes him the 3rd highest paid back in the league.
don't cry about schedule toughness. the steelers had the toughest schedule last year and made they won the super bowl.
