Brandon Jacobs Warned The Cowboys They Should Of Had The Lions Are Someone Else Come In For The Opening Of The New Stadium And Now Look What Happened. The Giants Arent Gonna Get Rattled In A Game Like That.
Eli Proving Why He Got That Contract If People Didnt Think He Was Gonna Get The Giants In Field Gaol Range Your Fuckin Crazy. He Did That Shit Smoothly Thats Him At His Best And He Proved It Again. Giants Not Only 2-0 But 2-0 In The Division Big Win But More Deflating To The Cowboys.
Which Makes It Even More Demoralizing This Game Was Set Up On A Platter For The Cowboys Them Opening A New Stadium With All The Intensity And Emotion The Giants Secondary Being Banged Up The Giants Not Playing Well Yet This Season And The Cowboys Still Lost The Game.
Romo Throwing Up Interceptions And Eli Playing It Cool The Giants Are Reslient Most Teams Probably Would Of Lost After The Cowboys Scored With 3 Minutes Left But The Giants Always Battle Back.
Cowboys Fans Can Spin It How They Like But The Fact Is They Lost The Game A Win Is A Win And The Giants Have A Knack For Winning Even When They Shouldnt Kinda Like The Patriots Are Known For.
who cares. Neither of those teams are super bowl contenders anyway.
Romo is awful
Your Fuckin Lost. And You Can Name How Many Better NFC Teams Then The Giants?
Eli played with poise and confidence at the end of the game and Smith okey'doked the shit outta whoever was covering him on that TD catch. Not taking anything away from 'em but some of those passes from Romo were fuckin awful and the Giants probably wouldn't have been in the same position w/out 'em. But you're right it really don't matter as far as W's go. I like seein the Cowboys win just cause I'm from Texas but I'm really a Houston fan.
So who do you think is at this point? I don't think the Cowboys are just cause they self-destruct so fuckin often especially due to the play of Romo but the Giants still got a great D line and the WRs are stepping up. I don't think at this point you can completely count 'em out as they're not that much different from the team that DID win a superbowl.
Also remember somtimes a team peaks too early. Can the Saints keep playing at that level on offense all year? Only time will tell. Predictions knowing what I know now.
AFC
East-Jets (that defense Ryan is running ain't no fuckin joke, people down here thought the Texans just sucked opening day ....and the D still does but the Jets were just that fucking good and Sanchez is an NFL-level QB and quickly)
North-Ravens (Steelers look like they'll be depending a lil too much on Rothlisburger on offense)
South-Texans (complete homer pick but I think we'll handle the Colts anyways, fuck Peyton and the Titans are 0-3 after this weekend)
West-Charger (win by default in a shit division)
WC-Colts, Steelers
NFC
East-Giants (McNabb out hurts, Phillips is going his last year in Dallas)
North-Minnesota (Greebay's O-line will be their downfall)
South-New Orleans (Delhomme might be murdered on the field by the entire stadium before the season ends and Atlanta is for real but don't have enough D to stop the Saints)
West-San Fran (Singletary has turned it around and got'em playing his style of football)
WC-Atlanta,Cardinals
playoff predictions soon
ur "vision" is obviously clouded..
were heading in2 the 3rd week of the season..
the texans could be this year's cardinals..but to rule the colts out completley of that division is luda..just like ruling out the steelers or the patriots from there respective divisions..
an knowing what we know should-nt mcnabb be back soon..
hopefully ur playoff picks will come with more of the season already unfolded other than 2 weeks of nfl action/../
I'm still not ready to buy into San Fran for this year. I refuse to believe that injuries will make this year like last year for the Seahawks....Then again the defense looks like SHIT still so it isn't all on the Offense.
Brave picking your Houston Texans, but I respect the homer pick. =P
Giants will probably start 5-0 and then the real season starts @ New Orleans. If they don't go through the usual Injuries by then, that could be an NFC Title Game preview.
it's completely a homer pick :b but we should've atleast split with the Colts last year and I think we're a better team while the Colts have backslid a little with a lot of youth @ WR. Only time will tell and we still got some major issues on D so it wouldn't surprise me if its the Colts once again. I'm still sticking with my squad. One thing I know for sure though is that it won't be the Titans. They're about to go down 0-3 and that's too steep a hole to climb out in the South.
lol thanks man. Gore got those 200 yards mainly against 8 and 9 man fronts. 2-0 in the division as well. I think they're the real deal mainly because of Singletary being a coach that schemes towards his teams strengths. They sure as hell didn't have the receivers for Mike Martz 5 wide and 7-step dropbacks. Gore is a fucking beast though and the D is solid.
I hope for your sake Hasselbeck isn't out too long cuz of the injured ribs. Wallace is a decent backup so yall could still keep afloat but more than a couple of weeks out could spell trouble.
Well the thing about Gore is we were missing two of our starting LB's in that game. That said our D still scares the shit out of me, and the 49ers are steadily improving. It may be a homer pick, but I still feel like if we can get over injuries soon enough (expecially on O) then we will be ok this year. I don't think the 49ers can run like that on everyone, and it was just an expecially shitty D. I do like Frank Gore and wish he was in Seattle though.
Yeah I hear you on Hasselbeck...I dunno about him he just can not seem to stay healthy and Seneca is not the answer either. We need Walter Jones back almost as bad too though the O-Line is shit right now. *Sigh* It might just be a long year. A lot of people are starting to openly wonder if we should have drafted a QB this past draft instead of Curry...Time will tell.
Cutler Sucks And Is A Whiney Little Bitch Who Can Only Dream Of Winning A Super Bowl Eli Said Kiss The Ring Bitches.
Andy Reid Carted Onto Field To Shake Hands With Sean Payton

PHILADELPHIA—Unable to walk off the sideline under his own power, Eagles coach Andy Reid was loaded onto a medical cart and driven to the 50-yard line to shake hands with Saints coach Sean Payton after their game Sunday. According to those in attendance, a hush fell over the crowd during the 11 minutes the team's medical staff huddled around Reid, attempting to safely hoist the coach onto the cart with a crew of six grown men. "Coach Reid was conscious, but his breathing was labored and he complained of intense pain all over his body," team physician Dr. Peter DeLuca told reporters. "Once we got him onto the cart we had to stabilize his neck out of fear that it couldn't support his head. The good news is, we only had to use the defibrillator twice." After completing the handshake, Reid gave a thumbs-up to indicate that he wanted the straw in his milkshake to be raised up to his mouth.http://www.theonion.com/content/them...terminator.gif
Art,
these stories might be a little more believable if you didn't include the link to the onion site in your post. lol
i don't think they're believable at all. that's why i don't remove the link.
My prediction last year of superbowl final looks more realistic this year - Denver vs New Orleans
People seem to be overhyping the Saints. So far they beat the Lions and an Eagles team with a backup QB who hardly played any games.
hahaha yabadaba dooo doo poo poo pee peee caca
stellers lost!!! they suck.
LOL@Washington Redskins, Cleveland Browns, Detroit Lions hahahahahahahahahahahahaha. Washington can't even score a touchdown against the Rams hahahahahahahahahahaha. Well what can i say about Cleveland. Same old Browns, same old Browns LOL. LOL@them losing to Denver 27-6 hahahahahahahahahaha. They're gonna be 0-3 this week after losing to the Ravens LOL. I wouldn't be surprised if Detroit beat the Redskins.
Never count out my man Seneca Wallace
*Cue 7 year old clip*
I actually like Seneca...We have no O-Line right now though. Hopefully Jones is back I gotta check.
Edit:
Walter JOnes is questionable. Did practice though...Apparently wearing these:
