Trump isn't even a moderate, he's a liberal. I'm more concerned with the amount of leeway to be a fuck republican desperation would give a president trump because they believe he's Putin.
I've observed that trump uses a lot of very effective persuasion strategies as well. Namely controversy, because it leaves people to decide 'do i like him or do hate him' and the rest of the ticket has to squabbled over the 50% that don't like him while he takes a whole 50% that does. He also creates a brand tribe around himself for people that like authoritarians though he himself isn't one. The democrats on the other hand are using the old school tactic of trying to appeal to 'the blacks' on tuesday 'the womenz' on wednesday etc etc. Trump also only addresses the issues of his followers and given solutions that are at the expense of the people that don't follow him which increases their loyalty.
He's more concerned with getting his people pumped up than reaching other people which is smart and effective. In the process he reaches everyone. Trump is even leading among muslims in the republican party because that's the type of person they like to promote.
I think it's a huge disgrace that the country is this malleable. Trump is by all measures unfit for the presidency of the US and even without the republican ticket has damaged relations with other countries. I don't think the american public is capable of operating in a post 1980s world.

He says WWF like things that make them yell or has some untalented cheerleader/pre-game show come up that's amateurish to make them feel like they're rooting for the high school home team. Hilary just says what she needs to say to get by after it's filtered through 40 advisers.
The most innovative campaign goes to Trump, past to elections to Obama, before that to Bush, so with that as a metric, Trump's going to take it.
Trump is in a good position too because we are coming off a two term president and he can really push the "change" agenda.
That worked wonders with Obama.
And don't count out the popular kids getting votes because they are popular. To go along with the high school student counsel theme.

This is what I was saying about a global economy (why was I berated then you turn around and post evidence that supports my claims?), the only reason this is in the news is becuase it's Disney. Companies have been outsourcing everything for a few years now- it's not just factories- IT, accountants, programmers, etc..... anything you can do on a computer. The company can buy 5 asians or indians for the price of 1 american to get the job done. They'll do it too because that money will stretch in their country and they'll live comfortable.Quote:

speaking of which, our company also decided to outsource to India almost a year ago to 'save money', and we all had to train them remotely while still trying to do our jobs and get work done. Before that I was able to get all my work done by 5pm each day, and since then we've been on 10 hour mandatory days and all of our lenders pretty much hate us because we're like 4 weeks behind on what we should be.
I can't imagine how much money this ended up costing the company, especially with the overtime being paid.

I don't understand outsource service jobs to india. culturally indians don't do things unless they're told. There's far less emphasis placed on independent problem solving which is necessary in the service industry because of their history with colonialism and the fact that the school system was designed to make them subservient on top of their culture that already emphasizes that. Nigeria is just as bad. I asked this kid to draw a blueprint for me based on the fact that I wanted 4 small rooms and 1 big one. This guy didn't want to budge until i told him exactly where the rooms will be. I told him I'm open to anything he presents and he's supposed to do his best and if i like it i'll buy. Dude didn't get it at all until i remembered that type of thinking is very american.
So idk how you can send service jobs to those types of imbeciles. They don't know how to think independently and it's like getting service from a poorly programmed machine. 'saving money' and becoming total and complete shit to your customers don't balance.

They should consider installing a strong ERP and automation system for that if they want to save money. Sending it to India is also very dangerous because India leads the world in fraud and delicate information is traded there openly.
I also think what corporate has done to manufacturing in this country is appalling. Any show you watch from the 50s the father or one of the male leads worked industrial and was able to support a family or corny children and wife in a suburban home.
Today if you work in a factory you're going through a temp, you WILL be dropped at any minute, and if you're not on meth you won't be able to cope. There's a Kawasaki factory in nebraska staffed almost completely by meth heads and parolees because they complain the least. There's no heating and it's as cold as the outdoors indoors. Ppl work in coats and get paid 10 an hour. Needless to say it's safe to assume their produce is total shit
then you have china that deliberately pumps out total and complete shit. I'm trying to buy investment furniture. furniture that'll last for the rest of my life but if i don't go to an antique shop then forget about it. The quality of everything has plummeted so low and we keep buying things from China in he name of 'saving money' that's making places like Wal-mart a total and complete joke. These short sighted companies really need to consider the fact that their business isn't about ppl buying stuff, it's about ppl buying stuff throughout time.
