No one was alive even 200 years ago, so when you look at history you go always be relying on what someone else say they saw or did....history is just faith based on fact.

You believe something happened in the past because you have the evidence to do so. But, even then, some people will deny the evidence or present fake evidence. It's up to the individual to decide for themelves wether it's fact or not.

I'm fairly convinced that there are no racist people who post in this forum.

There are different levels of ignorance - myself included - but the issue here seems to be more over a misunderstanding of terms than anybody hating anybody
