rza mentioned a track 'message to the black man' (reggae version) in scratch interview.this is reggae version but the title is a little bit different...

This is actually one of the more popular requests that we get in here. Seems like we get someone every couple of months asking for this sample. Unfortunately, the origin of this sample is still unknown, at least as far as I know. Hopefully we'll find it someday though.
