I love George Clinton and he is probably in my top 5 favorite artist list
I have copped two James Brown albums (his live one at the Apollo Theater and Payback) and i enjoy him fair enough. Gil Scott-Heron's first album is also one of my favs.
I also enjoy some jazz music. Especially that El-P album named High Water is one of my most favorite non hip hop albums
Besides funk/soul/rnb/jazz music i really love electronic music and trip hop.
My favorite bands are Bonobo (Black Sands), Caribou (Swim), Boards Of Canada (Music Has The Right To Children) and Blockhead.
Gonjasufi also is one of my fav artists. In A Sufi And A Killer he fuses hip hop with psychedelic rock! Awesome shit!
