immortal technique isn't the best emcee but he's the most prolific underground emcee in modern times, garbage flow or notQuote:

4. O.C. has one of the sickest flow ever, even better considering he wasn't even rhyming words together at various points in his verse's.
That'll do for now.
1. how is that? Ready To Die's impact for the eastcoast in '94 was immeasurable.
2. I agree, even though RD's my favorite album. RD wouldve never been thought of without illmatic.
3. that joint she did with technique (the illest) was tight. I still think prime Foxy brown in the 90's is the illest female rapper.
4. Im not saying shit about that

1. I understand its impact but compared to what else came out that year, it wasn't classic to me. I feel that it got weaker towards the end bar Unbelievble & Suicidal Thoughts.
2. Salute!
3. Each to their opinions but notice that I didn't categorize "female rapper". Foxy's bars were written by others for her. Foxy isn't diverse on her topics. Jean Grae will BODY a lot of highly thought of male emcees!!
4. Not saying shit? You agree or disagree?
Peace

No cuban linx
Every artist was influenced by another, no idea is original.
Not quite, but thanks for trying.
You'd have done better just throwing up Kool G Rap's picture.
why did jayz decide to completely switch his flow up shortly after the first wave of wutang singles and illmatic? why did jay have az sittin at tha table countin guap in his music videos? wu tang and nas influenced everyone in new york including jay z like it or notQuote:

Case in point It Ain't Hard To Tell; "My mic check is life or death, breathing a sniper's death...I drank Moet with Medusa, give her shotguns in hell".
Can I Live; "Hand dead in the mic, forgettin all I ever knew, convenient amnesia" and Bring It On; "Money make the world go around so I made songs to spin" (One of Jay's best ever line!!!).
All in all, what I'm trying to say is that Jay noticed the small details and ran with it plus he was a big fan of Nas. With the Cuban Linx issue, I see where you're coming from, I believe that the drug/player niche was an image/persona decision but Illmatic inspired, lyrically.
im jus sayin jay is a nas STAN before anything so its no mystery why he would switch his flow during tha more formative years of his career... why u think jay got so hurt when nas said jay was his son LOL
Pac is mad overrated...... MAD MAD overrated..... yeah I said it..... get over it.......
Common..... been wack since he dropped "Sense" from his name.....
Talib Kweli.... is sometimes..... annoyin'.....
Kanye is a wack rapper and a wack producer......
Nas is horrible at pickin' beats.....
That's all I got for now.......
Here i'll explain myself better -
About Jeru - don't get me wrong, he is one of my favorite emcees. IMO the production on the sun rises in the east is wack minus Da Bitchez. I don't care for DJ premiers work on that album at all so the beats ruin it for me.
Chungsanity - ik its a dope picture of boston, but I don't even remember how I found it : /
