I would imagine sunz of man owns it, since it was on one of their album samplers years ago (that's where the snippet came from). I doubt anyone will ever see the full track...I been wanting it forever. Sounds like it could be a rza beat, but I'm not 100% certain.

There is some debate whether Sunz are even on that Purple hearts track, its possible that it is a snippet from the Black Knights eastcoast album. If it is Rza would have the rights to it.

Yeah you might be right...you def hear someone from black knights (I think rugged monk) right before holo starts spitting. I bet that whole track is crazy!

That's my favorite track too. Semantix produced it, he makes some nasty beats. He had this shit a while back called silver wing on his myspace and it would literally give me chills when I banged it...

Yeah I bet its real crazy, that whole album is probly fuckin dope city. Black Knights spittin their sword swingin shit, Hells Winter at the height of his Holocaust phase all over wu-element production. A few years ago Monk said in a Chambermusik interview that he would try and release it. But I doubt we will ever hear it.
