Patriots QB Tom Brady involved in Boston car accident

New England Patriots QB Tom Brady was involved in a car accident on Thursday morning, WEEI-AM in Boston reported.
The station, with which Brady has a scheduled appearance each week, said Brady did not go to the hospital but was "shaken."
The Boston Globe and ESPN reported that Brady left the scene after the accident and was headed to work at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough.
The Patriots host the Cincinnati Bengals in the season opener on Sunday.
Boston police confirmed to the Globe that one person was removed from a car via the Jaws of life and then taken to a hospital. One car hit a pole, which then fell.
Police told the paper they responded to the incident at 6:34 a.m. ET.
WHDH-TV in Boston had video of the accident, which involved a red minivan and a black Audi.
On Wednesday, Brady spoke about how he wants to remain with the Patriots for his career, but did not confirm that the sides are close to an extension of a contract. His current deal expires after this season.
Update 9:02 a.m. ET: A user on the photo sharing site Yfrog posted two photos of what appears to be Brady outside a black sedan after the accident. One of the photos shows fire officials on the scene.

lol Yeah, she hooked me up on the Raiders/Titans tix. I'm a die hard Titans fan. Someone offered me the Saints/Vikings tix, and I couldn't pass up the oppotunity to see a good NFL game. I'm gonna be broke next week though. On my way to New Orleans right now.

hahahahaha i spit my drink out when they mentioned that they are now referring to each other as that during the pre game show.

Broncos ate it hard today with that pick off in the last minute. I've moved on to the packers/eagles game.

That game is gonna give us the confidence to go out and beat anyon. We lead the league in passing and now got a running game that can break off 250 yards? We're gonna be a tough out each and every week and even with the toughest schedule in the NFL could still win 12-13 games. Our lack of a running game was the only thing missing last year.

Here's the thing that has me pissed off with the Eagles game..........why the hell Andy keep taking Kolb out?

Do the Cowboys flip flop Romo with the backup every other play? Do the Patriots do that with Tom Brady?

Nope.

If Kolb is the guy, then let him play. If Vick is the guy, then let him play!

Andy needs to figure shit out and get it together b/c the offense can't follow the leader if the leader changes every other play.

I can't wait until Chris Johnson gets to run against that Colts run defense! The Titans defense from 2 years ago is back as well. I like their chances this year. The Colts might end up being the 3rd best team in the AFC South.

Well didn't they trade Mcnabb because of Kolb? So I would think that when Kolb comes back from the injury, he will be the go to guy for some time at least.

many people might say am crazy but the colts will miss the playoffs

skip bayless mad some interesting points about the Johnson incompletion yesterday i still think it was a bad call but the rule makes sense, but needs to be looked at like sometimes the rule would work but in sterdays case it would not
