I do think some people here need to chill a bit. Brock I think it's fair to say most people know Transformers 2 is no masterpiece in film making, some people just like to see shit blow up with fancy cgi, especially at the cinema.
Some of you guys that did like this movie need to step back a bit when you try to come at the rest of us thinking we are some kind of films snobs because we think TF2 is complete bullshit. I for one enjoy some of the dumbest movies out there but I expect at the very least a coherent plot with an overall cohesion, not just random battles strung together with some after thought plot device after another, plus lets not forget some of the most RACIST, STEREOTYPICAL, BORDELINE MINSTREL characters to have ever appeared in a movie since the thirties.
i mean, for real. the undertone of this movie as far as the studio, producers & director was "these people are so goddamn dumb that we can make just about anything."
its a movie that really talks down to the audience. and the sad thing is, they're kinda right about it.
people were clapping like trained seals when i saw it. i was kinda pissed that bay and co. thought i was that fucking stupid cause i kinda like transformers.
they basically did the same thing with the wolverine movie. they think fans of these things are just the dumbest pieces of shit. so they feel like they can make any uninspired so called "film" and people will just lap it up.
I seen it with my crew and my whole click loved it...in my opinion is was ight it had good action that's about it acouple good chuckles...the storyline had potholes right and left, there was also hardly any character depth...autobots hardly had any lines...deceps would pop out jus to fill in a fight scenes...honestly i think the film is at least worth a look at AT LEAST I love a good action scene as much as anyone but if the fight scene wrapped around a story(dotted)line with mad holes it degrades the whole movie...my opinion btw
