charles, you said you're sick of whitey being blamed for problems, though you complain a lot about white supervisors 'holding you back'?
Only thing I don't like about white men is they won't hire me for a job. I've emailed lots of jobs and most of them don't respond which pisses me off. They could at least email me and say they appreciate me showing interest in the job but they hired somebody. They won't do that and I can't even get a interview. That's why I applied for government money recently and I hope I get approved because it looks like I'm gonna be without a job for a long time.
