First of all, if you didn’t do anything you don’t need to apologize for someone else.

Second of all, an apology doesn’t change anything. And for certain heinous crimes it’s almost adding insult to injury.

We're not different. We think we're different because we're good at being human, but an Octupus can look at us and a muskrat and think 'can you believe those things can't change color at will?'
