Now are you talking about actual graphic capability? Cause if that's the case then it's Xbox, GameCube, PS2.

Developers are able to get some great looking shit out of the PS2 but truth be told if they did the same game on the GCN it would look better. Most of the comparisons I see for multi console releases almost always rank the PS2 last in graphic quality. Only game I can think of that they said looked better on the PS2 rather than GCN was Splinter Cell 2.
