I like Roc Marciano , but some of his beats on this album are boring, the 2nd half of the album bangs hard ! Listening to it now... So far im feeling : We do it, Jungle Fever, Pop, Thugs prayer, Don shit, Hide my tears, Snow & Shoutro.
We need more albums like this. Roc got his hometown sound. this is straight long island sound rite here.

I'm thankful to see this thread and everybody givin much props because it reminded me to take time out to listen to the album. I got it, but been too busy with work lately to listen.
I like it, Roc's flow was always original and stood out to me, the beats fit him well and represent the NY sound. The album has that feeling I've been missing of hearing loops and breakbeats because people have been chopping/layering their samples up too much lately.
I hope Marcberg encourages artists in the future to follow this type of sound and realize the benifits of being original.
