Agreed, sounds fresh, like a Flying Lotus beat, people should stop crying every time a general decides to try something different. Masta Killa will be next to drop a fuck Wu-Corp

ROFLMALOLOL YOU WU FORUM FAGS SHOULD HAVE NO OPINION ON HIP HOP AND SHOULD GO BACK TO LISTENING TO STONE TEMPLE PILOTs,
JUST HEARD THE FIRST VERSE FROM THE FIRST VIDEO AND THAT TRACK IS A FUCKING CLASSIC LISTEN TO THE LYRICs
"U MUST BE BLIND AND CANT DETECT
THAT I AM FROM THAT BK SECT"
THE MASTA ROCKIN OVER A DILLA TYPE BEAT , IM SURE HE RIPS THE SECOND VERSE
MASTA KILLA WIT HIS VOICE LOWERED STILL HAS MORE CHARISMA THAN RETARDED ROBOT TANK OR GZAs BOOGER EYED RAPs
HE EVEN SPITS AT HIS NORMAL TONE ON THE SECOND TRACK BUT I DONT LIKE WESTCOAST BEATS UNLESS HE PUTS SNOOP & 2 SHORT ON THE TRAcK
GHOSTFACE WIZARD OF POETRY>>>ALOT OF FAKE KILLEBEES ALBUMS
ADD MASTA KILLA TO THE LIST OF NIGGAZ ALLOWED TO SPIT ON RnB AND SOUL BEATS WIT GHOST AND SEAN PRICE CAUSE THEY STILL RAP STREET
Trolls usually go against the grain. It's what they do.
Dude you have like 8 posts, shut the fuck up coward.
Anyways. These songs a melodic and geniunely refreshing to hear because they're fun, they're happy, they're bright and they let you see that he's in a good place in life. He's not trying to please anyone, just express himself and you can tell. His song structure is very original in the fact that it's very traditional. There's multiple dimensions to the composition of his verses. Bridges (which don't exist anymore), melody (which don't exist anymore), extended rhyme word use (which doesn't exist anymore.
All things that were once common and made hip hop sound like music. This song sound wise places it's self in the middle of rap and and rhythm and the theme of his lyrics (I have nothing to prove) is consistent and well articulated if you're willing to listen and think.
He also did something that's rare in hip hop now but was once a foundation. He's in california. His attitude is california, his sound is california. If you close your eyes you visualize california and that's they the videos have direction (relaxation in california with a non californian) the video maker is inclined to show the song because it's vibe is very visual.
MK sounds rejuvenated and inspired. It's really nice, this is the most charisma i've heard him rap with in a while.
the simplicity and laid back good vibes of the songs remind me of dilla and de la soul. It's dope to be coming from Noodles after such a long hiatus.
You fans are just mad that he's beefing off in a white woman's asshole and not yours.
I LIKE WHEN THEY SAY HES SELLING OUT LIKE IF HE SWITCHED UP HIS FLOW LIKE PRODIGY OR FAT JOE
DUDE SPITS THE SAME ON ALL TYPES OF BEATS AND IS MORE WU TANG THAN ANY OF THE GENERALs
he shoulda threw rae on it and called it ice cream pt 3.
cool vid, cool tracks,
Masta Killa's "accessible" flow goes WAY HARDER than damn near any alternative that one may think that they have for it.
I'm about to throw on my fisherman's hat, plaid shirt, khakis, and Timbs, hop on the PATH train, and holla at some stuck-up sisters in Manhattan that talk like white girls from Cali.
The High chief Jamel Ireid Is Back! with a west coast album where he rhymes more than usual, lol, i love masta killa
My first question was "This nigga smiles?". The first is ok, it doesn't really fit the sound that we're used to from Masta Killa but his lyrics are on point. The second is too West Coast for my taste. They are OK, just simple tracks; I've heard much worst.
i am nott usually up at this time, but my bladder isn't the same as in my days of youth
I hear ya, Luth.
How's Hayden, by the way?
This is a fresh approach and I can appeciate if MK wants to deviate a little from the formula on some the joints on this album.
But hes the last General whos kept the Wu sound alive bar Rae (its easy to keep the Wu sound when you have 2 albums and like 10 features since 2004)
so i hope this LP is good
i'm feeling both tracks. sue me.
Lol,. this is the worst shit ever. This is worse than the Wizard of Poetry.
This is for fags.
Masta Killa ?....gotta love the track yo...smooth
The Rebel-lion, The Key Note Speaker and MK str8 outta BK should make an Lp
LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL
Masta Killa stole some croatian beats
LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLLL

8 years ago, El da Sensei song.....
Koolade made some Masta Ace beats before
shame on you, Masta, shame on you
This reminded me of Billy Ocean mixed with the Stallionaires(Real and Chance).
fAGGITz
Fresh. Can't wait. Fuck what u think.
I like them both actually. If you heard his first and second album you will notice that he sticks in one or two joints that are botherline commercial sounding, and they always work for me. Great flows on both tracks.
actually Masta Killa got a beattape some time ago
and up there u can see, these producers already gave some other people THESE beats
and MK don't even have the decency to credit the producers?! if MK don't credit those two producers, then they are going to sue him. I bet
fuckin weak
M k is the truth. Fuck the haters
mk is the truth, he steals beats and give no credit
first beat is mad old.. I remember Masta Ace using it to promote A Long Hot Summer (2004).. anybody knows where it come frome??
how the fuck yall know he aint gonna give credit when the cd drops?yall act like he uploaded hat video and he info on it..
^^word. Close your mouths.
I've heard the word 'commercial' being thrown around in this thread. I have never been party to any conversation that MK has ever had but even then I would be willing to take any bets that he never made these songs in the hope that it would make his album a multi platinum hit.
