^ That goalie was amazing. Even the way Latvia kept the Canadian forwards to the outside most of the game. I wouldn't even have been mad if Latvia won. Nolan probably should of called a timeout before that 2nd goal but hindsight is always 20/20.

When the NHL, Owners, and the NHLPA convene after the Olympics I sure hope they don't decide to pull NHL players from the next Olympics. This is pretty much the only reason I've watched this year. If it turns into the Spengler Cup where all the teams have advertisements on their socks, helmets, etc. it will be shit. I doubt the Olympic committee would allow that but watching amateurs and has-been players is crap. The World Juniors make sense to maybe bring that up to the Olympics.
Halfpipe and Slopestyle was over within 1-2 days right off the bat and was rather uneventful. A couple of these new events such a Luge Team Relay are lame. I love how some of these athletes come out of retirement the year of and complete. They're pretty much the only people that do these events in the country.
The chick who's on the Canada's Curling Team is pretty nice.

^ I had the same thoughts when I watched them play Japan. I finally decided to read up on how to play the game during that match.
If you Google Image any of the other teams, it funny how they're trying to make curling sexy by posing in bikini's or naked with the country flag around them. The Russian team is pretty smoking and were in Maxim in bikini's.
United States got smoked in the bronze medal game today. Is a Euro team going to do the same to Canada tomorrow? Can't believe it's a 7:30am start, fuck.
