I checked I think they are the same. I know Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were imposing a .5% fee but certain stipulations waive it and mine can be waived. But it might not be smart for everyone

Nice rate artsdradamus. I'm in at 3% with about 9 years left on a 15 year loan.
I wouldn't mind refinancing to a 10 year with a little bit of cash out. Problem is I only owe about $130K now and brokers rather broker for the guy buying the $500K house across the street from me. I get moved to the back of the line.
The market around me is booming a little bit more than elsewhere. House behind me sold for 400k. Across the street for $513k. These houses were $250k to $300K just 10 years ago.
Lots of demoKKKRats moving into my low tax red state. Fuckers.
That's another thing I hate about demokKKrats. If they like demoKKKrat politics so much, then move to a blue demoKKKrat state. But no. They never do. They always move to red Republican states and bring their shit politics with them.
The census in 2010 and 2020 back me up. Huge migrations of populations away from blue states into red states. It's been happening for 20 years now. If you love your shitty demoKKKrat politics so much, then move to a fucking blue demoKKKRat state you jackasses!
And they're fucking arrogant. They move into my neighborhood, and before they've even unpacked the fucking truck, they stick up their Biden signs and their "No human is illegal" gay rainbow signs.
Just another good reason to hate neighbors who move into your neighborhood. Locusts. Infestation. I view my neighbors as unwanted pests.
Sensitive-A, you can’t have it both ways. The reason the housing market is booming in your area is because outsiders are moving in driving up the costs of houses. How do you expect your used-car lot house to reach a half-a-mil if people aren’t moving in to buy it?
I wouldn’t be surprised if the current neighbors were pitching in to make Rob “get off my lawn”’s dreams come true with a mountain-side home
Artifa vs. The Proud Rob would be a great neighborhood rivalry.
I see Rob as Kramer in the first couple seasons of Seinfeld. He’s the weird neighbor in an apartment building across the hall who never goes outside. He does things like making his apartment into levels.
My standup sucks though.
Well I’m George aka Art Vandelay
Hal is Jerry (he’s single. He’s neat. He’s thin)
Rob is Kramer
Brock is Newman
Skimpoe and Jigsaw are Cedric and Bob the gay Puerto Rican street toughs
T$A is the black guy at the comedy club that Kramer/Rob calls the N-word
How about everybody needs no neighbor's. Wouldn't that be the ultimate way of life. Off the grid, living off the land for the most part. Somewhere out in BFE away from everything sounds like the American dream to me. My hope at this point is for early retirement and reside in a middle America region that is desolate.
I think a lot of people can relate to that.
