Peace. Just a brief one for the night since its almost 6am and the night is just coming to a close. Bronze came through for the session today where we went over an additional 30-40 beat choices for the EP. 60, Bronze, and I did discuss at length what it would take to make this EP a full blown LP so fans can rejoice in knowing we are doing everything we can to make the wait worth your while.
60 finished the touch ups on “Fizza Funky”, laid a couple verses and a hook for an old school playalistic track yet to be titled, and began working on a track entitled “The Love Burn” featuring a couple elite emcees representing two different Wu factions.
We must have listened to “No Face” two dozen times today just because it is that amazing! Oh yeah, one of the records most anticipated guests on one of my personal favorite Bronze beats called today to inform us that he would be lacing his track this coming week and for us to fly out for its happening.

yo m-eighty I gotta give u a shout out because you be making shit happen man. I dont know how you do it but you get alot of these artists to work together that maybe wouldnt work unless you was there to bridge the gap. I mean you have to believe that 60 second has access to people like the Rza, 4th disciple, sunz of man , wu members etc etc. But all these years have passed and it took M-eighty to get involved in order for 60 to finally drop some shit. I mean I am just like most of you guys on here looking on from the outside but, you all gotta admit that m-eighty be making shit happen. This is no dickriding shit either. This is just my opinion. I love the sunz of man and Im pretty dam sure the other members could of gotten 60 to work more throughout the years if they had just reached out to him more. I dont know if im 100 percent right but it just seems like 60 could of been on way more shit. Sunz of man or wu tang shit. Nobody was hollering at him. But here comes M-eighty to intervene. And now we got a 60 mother fucking assassin album on the way! Yo much respect eighty. Peace.
please keep us updated. maybe at some point when the time is right you can upload a snippet or two in this thread? this is a good way to build anticipation among hardcore fans like myself, i personally prefer sunz of man (the group and thier collective body of solo work) over the wu so to hear sunz will record together again someday is a a great thing.
if it could be passed along, i would like to ask 60 if he's available for a feature on some ambient, psychedelic funk vibe. i will pay $$$. if you'd rather pm me about the price, whatever works.
60 is one of my heroes as far as this hip hop shit goes. to have him spit or sing for even just 16 or 8 bars (whatever i can afford) would be a blessing. thanks for taking the time to answer fans questions, much respect.

Big shouts to everyone supporting the blog and the 60 Sec movement. All I can say is keep showing your support and we will continue to make this record exactly as powerful and important as the fans know it has the potential to be.
Within the next two days this EP should build itself into the LP that many have asked for with the features and resurgence that many ongoers have come to expect from a project of this capacity.
Today was another success...tomorrow and every day on out should carry the same momentum.
Props to the execs at Criminal Records Music Group for flying out to oversee our ops.

60 Proved today once again why he is indeed the million dollar hook man! Lacing a pair of hooks and verses on two joints today took us back to OB4CL and Supreme Clientele Era of things where 60 definitely did his thing.
Bronze and 60 have been building a great deal over the past few days to make sure 60 gets the exact sound and style he is looking for. With a more jazz influenced overtone to 60's style, in the next few weeks we will be bringing in the famous Rob Dixon Jazz Band to lace live instrumentation alongside the Bronze Naz hip hop beats. We got many more suprises up the sleeve but this is definitely one that has had members of Sunz, Brooklyn Zu, and Wu alike sing the praises of 60's new work.
Tomorrow will be a shorter studio day as 60, Bronze, the staff of Criminal Records, and I hit up the Meth and Red show with some other special guests for the evening.
On that note, keep this shit near the top of the forum. Let your voices be heard.

Came as a Wiseman and left a fucking ninja! The records called "Remarkable Timing" and the tracks 60 laid down this week were nothing short of Remarkable.
A lot of cats are reaching out and letting 60 know that the world is ready for the 6-0 to definitely open the worlds eye's up to something new...something nobody in the industry can disrespect because 60 ain't never lost his step. Shout outs go to RZA, Masta, and MEF for showing 60 mad love and keeping it truly family. Good looking to MEF for recording a video drop for the album. I guess its funny when Wu fam run into each other in Indianapolis, like yo, what the fuck are you doing in Indianapolis and not NY or Cali!
60, Bronze, and everyone else did the damn thing this week as 60 laid down vocals for every potential album track. Sixty Sec adds, "ain't nobody fuckin' with some Bronze Nazareth right now...fo' real!"

We have spent the majority of the week listening to the rough mixes of the material and choosing which artists 60 and the label want to feature on the album. Fans can rest assured, the record will be loaded with incredible guests features and big 6-0 definitely holds his own.
All features have been confirmed and scheduled into our recording timeline to ensure that we stay on our first quarter 2009 release schedule.
60 will also be setting up a new myspace page soon specifically to promote for the upcoming release and address the fans.
