By the way, comparing the two is like comparing apples to oranges. The amount given to people is to feed a person in Africa so they don't starve. The amount given to the animals is for medical care for ones that have been abused and mistreated. Obviously medical care costs more than food, no matter if it's for humans, animals, or whatever. Those feed the african commercials haven't been played constantly for years also? They should have commericals to help pay for more birth control over there.
