i disagree, "Dopium" had the potential to be a classic or near classic but with or without the bonus remixes @ the end too many of the songs where weak which gave the LP an inconsistent feel. imo there's 7 really, really good songs on there... i hope Uey does come through with a classic album with his next one tho cuz "Dopium" showed that he definitely has the potential to do that if he steers off bullshit like that rims bullshit song and "Lipton". he needs a lot of guest features too which i think he realized on there.Quote:

No thank you. if he had of left those off i would have copped cause the album was a strong effort (strong effort for u-god i might add) those remixes were just a pathetic cry for help if you ask me.
Wow. Talk about overreacting. U God needs to understand that a lot of people like the verses from the Wu's older work best. My personal favorite Deck, Ghost, Masta, and RZA verses are all from some of their earliest tracks (Triumph, Triumph, Triumph, and 1-800 suicide respectively). Just because I think Triumph is Deck's best verse doesn't mean that he doesn't spit hot fire every time he picks up the mic.
Heres to hoping that U God can get a truly classic (fully RZA produced) album soon. I feel like he would mellow out a bit if he got the recognition he deserves IMO.
