wanda actully resurfaced in new avengers 26 and x-men endangered species, but she was amnesiac.
^ yea i remember her in endangered species but wasnt she just Wanda with no powers, if i remembered right lol

^^^i tried to get into it, and eisner is/was a master artist, but i couldn't get over his sidekick (ebony white wtf?) which was a blatantly racist caricature. and i hate that people defend it as being of it's time, when a) it was excessive even for it's time, and b)eisner was a jew so he should've been extra sensitive to racit portayals during this era. i remember hearing how great the spirit was when i was growing up and found some issues we i was like 13-14 and was sickened by the character lol.
i did like the spirit comics darwyn cooke did, he's the man. (there's two graphic novels of those, you should check out, he's got the pop art style down and also check out his series dc: the new frontier, and batman:ego and other tails, that shit is brilliant ---some of my favorite modern stuff)

too bad really, because some of the eisner stuff i've come across has some really creative compositions and just all around good comic art, but i can't get into it.

i'm not trying to diminish your opinion, ghostlaced, for all i know you've never seen those, the later spirit stories apparently didn't feature the character because eisner regretted it down the road, and those aren't reprinted alot as far as i know.
