I see what your saying but what i'm saying is that nobody should be worked like a slave on their job and these jobs i mentioned, the employees are working like slaves because the work is hard labor. I used to work at several factories and a warehouse before and i didn't like those jobs because the work was hard and i got paid shitty money.

Hard labor on a job is hard labor. No matter how you look at it. I realize that these jobs i named have to exist. I just don't like how the supervisors at these jobs demand too much from the employees when the work is hard. Since supervisors wanna demand too much from the employees, then they need to start paying a lot more money and they aren't gonna do that. One time i worked at a window warehouse and the company made windows and delivered windows. My job was to lift windows off a truck and me being a skinny person, i didn't like the job because the windows were too heavy for me to lift so i quit the job after a few hours. My supervisor had the nerve to tell me that since i couldn't handle a job like that, i wasn't gonna be able to handle any job. I wanted to tell him fuck you and fuck your slavery job. I was getting paid a shitty salary. My salary i think was like $6.50 or $7 a hour.
you think people sitting in office buildings dont work hard? Thats why you get an education and dont act like a fool, so youre not doing manual labor for a shitty wage. Dont act like a slave and you wont be treated like a slave.

A job by definition is something you do of your own free will for money. IT is something you can walk away from. Slavery by definition is something you are forced to do by somebody else, against your will, and is something you cannot walk away from. Exactly....but not exactly "happy" but the paycheck isn't too bad when they get it. There is not a problem there because many teenagers aren't exactly living off of that wage but it is disposable income...they can spend, save most or all of it however they want if they are still under their parent's roof. exactly....raising minimum wage will lead to unemployment. My boss said if minimum wage did go up that much he wouldn't have that many part time employees. Just hire a few more full timers, pay them a couple dollars more than the new minimum wage and get it over with. The average term of service of a part time employee that usually makes minimum wage is short and would be even more expensive to train. A full time person that at least is consistent, lasts longer, and knows a few things is at least worth while.

Ive worked in all these areas except janitorial work and I dont really think they are slave jobs. I actually enjoyed the construction gig, I was workin with a good friend and the day went mad fast, we would even blaze up sometimes at lunch break.. I also used to drive a delivery truck for a pharmacy deliverin prescription to nursing homes and hospitals, that shit was fun to me.. I got to drive around jammin music with nobody tellin me what to do, sometimes I would go to my crib an sleep when shit wasnt busy lol... The office jobs Ive had are just boring and time goes mad slow, personally Id rather be actively doin ish than jus sittin in a desk all day.. Right now I work at a factory assemblin cargo nets, shit sounds wack, but its actually aiight cause the people I work with are chill (plus the money is good).. of course there are other solutions, but the bottom-line is that until we make cyborgs to do hard labour, there will always be a need for people to do hard ass work to be living the way the world is living now, the pay rate can be changed though to make those people better compensated, but if they got paid too much, they would retire too early, but then the demand for the job would also go higher, so the system might still work, the employers just need to be willing to cut their own pay to do this which they probably wont as long as they get away with it, but the real result of labourers gettin paid more cant be predicted until it actually occurs

I know from experience. I been a landscaper 10 years since I was 14 and got really nuthing to show. No pension, no healthcare, no sick days, no overtime. I work for family and my uncle is well off. Its kinda messed up but its how it is. No employee has their own house, and all are paycheck to paycheck literallly. But he has two houses, a condo in florida, timeshare in Cancun, three cars....etc.
Its messed up, and just recently we found out we are getting this place that has 132 houses in it...He claims raises but it wont happen. Landscaping is close to slavery.
