Uruguay were fucking awful today after they scored they just switched off. Suarez is everything for them and I am not sue he is 100%. They need him if they want to beat England.
Italy played well. That first goal was very crafty, typical of the Italians. I was hoping England would win or at least draw (Rooney should have equalized). Overall was a decent game. England will have to improve and not allow other teams to have so much possession, if they are to go further in the tournament. Apart from that I am still confident England can progress.

Japan had a lot of chances to close out the game. They just lacked that final pass, most of the time they stumbled and couldn't even get the pass off, they had so many counter attacking chances which ended before anything ever happened. Too weak defensively as well. They shouldn't have conceded the 2nd goal against the Ivory Coast.

Iran VS Nigeria was a snoozefest ... I decided to watch the match knowing Nigeria won the Africa Cup last year. But I should have known better, they got their asses kicked at the Confederation Cup.
This was the worst of the six or so matches I've watched so far. So many bad passes all around! No tactics on the part of Nigeria.
