Not true at all. That was assumed by everyone when Roma was negotiating with Inter about Pizarro. Chivu was never brought up during those meetings. Roma even released a statement on their official website saying there is no deal between Roma and Inter for Chivu. Fact is also that he doesn't want to play for them. true, villareal at the beginning of this season looked very good but they were just unlucky with all the injuries. i think its best for riquelme to return to villareal.
riquelme is a big time player he needs to go to a big time club where ever he goes. he is bigger than villareal that is for sure.
