Don't know if you've listened to Joel's band at all, they're alright, pretty soft.
To be honest, i prefer Games' (or ford and lopatin) to both Tigercity and Oneohtrix Point Never.
OPN is dope, but i find it hard to get through some of those meandering synth tracks on some of his albums (Memory Vague comes to mind). He has made some great tracks though, especially on Returnal.
