The clock doesn't stop during the game like it does in a lot of sports so when there's other things happening and time wasting it gets made up in injury time. Only slightly though there's usually only a few minutes each half when there's a lot more time spent not playing football.

It would be better if they stopped the clock instead of the ref making an estimated guess of extra time to add on. Plus they shouldn't be allowed to celebrate for like 10-15 mins after a goal is scored, while the clock keeps running.

I was hoping USA would score an equalizer. I hate how teams start playing properly when they either go behind and or in the dying moments of extra time.
usa were completely outclassed by Belgium. belgiums problem is that its 1 of those teams that aren't good at scoring. they do everything else right but a lot of shoots are either wide, straight at the keeper or scuffed.
