They did do a lot of promotion though. There were various interviews in which RZA stressed how he gave the keys to Math for this one.
This. And I think it would have played well that way with a few Wu features instead of what “they” forced it to become. 1 GZA and MK verse and no U-God? Seems like a stretch to get the Clan stamp.Quote:
