i read some madman probably like 10 yrs ago, it just seemed like some 60s marvel pastiche to me, but i only read like 2 issues, this is before allred took it to image, i think it was at dark horse at the time...i did enjoy x-force/x-statix and his art in sandman and fables...i'll check it out eventually.
why was loki impersonating scarlet witch anyway?
and i'll recommend elephantmen again lol, my favorite series.
yeah it sucked you cant cover over that but i dont let it take away from the brilliance of the artwork. eisner was supposed to be a "anti-racist" writer for his time. he has said in the past that he failed to execute that idea due to his "limitations as a writer" at the time.
idk.
its fucked up its lastability as a comic. but you cant deny the original strips genius, composition, photography set up. and i just like the idea of "the spirit", its pretty cool.
true dat^^
just started reading vol 5 of captian America and all I can say is wow..........very interesting reading.........
is that the current run?
Questions for those that read Uncanny x-men 509....
***Spoilers below***
so, when Beast when Dr. Nemesis revelaed that he was the "first mutant" born in 1906 that didnt make sense cuz there were mutants before that, i.e. Wolverine and i thought Namor...did i misread something here?
also, when did Psylocke die? i must have not read those issues of uncanny...
i almost picked it up but didnt, guess i shoulda. That sounds like BS...from what i remember, Apoc. was supposed to be the first mutant.
btw...does anyone else miss Sabretooth?
